Back to work today....
Man, weekends are too short.
My zen did last well into the night. Now if only I'd gotten enough sleep. (sigh)
But I will persevere because that's the way I roll.
It is 44 here. That's stupid cold. I hate winter.
My boss has been out with her daughter who was exposed to Covid and sick. I hope that the vaccinations will become common soon so that Covid will stop passing around through the schools here.
I've been very careful and very lucky that I haven't been exposed. YAY!
And now both Pat and I have our third shot, the booster, so we're feeling a bit more comfortable. Though we are still wearing a mask anywhere that there are lots of people. The only thing I don't like about wearing a mask is that I miss lipstick. I love red lipstick and I have only gotten to wear it a couple of times - when visiting Paayal and Joe who are both fully vaccinated and really careful.
Well, onward and upward, I hope. Either that or I'm going to have to crawl under my desk and take a nap.
