This morning I got up and got ready to go climbing. Dawn texted and asked if I wanted to go to the art show downtown. I said no. She said she'd like to move climbing to 11:30. Fine by me

I like Dawn. Hanging out in the rock gym is always fun for me. I watch other climbers and enjoy what they do. And on Sundays I don't have a schedule, so I can give her "wobbly time."

The rock gym is my zen place, so I don't get worked up about anything.

It is. Rock gyms always affect me like that. I just get relaxed and happy in them. Even ii I'm just watching other climbers. I'd probably move into one if they'd let me. (grin)

Wouldn't be the same. It's not just the rock walls, it's the community of climbers. They are really wonderful friendly people - generally. You can strike up a conversation with just about anyone.
