Behind again...
Last night I fell asleep during the baseball game. Pat woke me up after it was over to tell me the team that cannot be named won the World Series. Good. I don't like cheaters. I got up, brushed my teeth and went right back to bed. Yes, I was tired.
Boxing definitely kicked my ass. Shadow boxing three rounds nearly killed me. I find that exhausting because you have to try to focus on the flow of the moves, but at the same time throw a variety of punches and make evasive moves. Between the brain power required and the actual punching and moving, I end up just wanting to lie on the floor and maybe nap for a bit.
So this morning I got up early and showered. I normally shower at night, but I couldn't be bothered.
Work hasn't been crazy, which is good, but I think that I haven't been getting enough sleep and I just needed a night where everything shut down.
And it happened. (grin)
