naresh and i found a new apartment! our lease is up at the end of july so we figured we should start looking if we want any kind of overlap for moving and cleaning. we'd been eying this place down the street for a little while and went and looked at it again today. we got a really good deal on it. for a 1007 sqft, 2 bed, 2 bath apartment we will be paying the same as the 680 sqft 1 bed 1 bath where we're living now. plus the new place has cox cable, sewer, water, & trash pick up from your door 5 days a week all included in the rent. we'll even have our own washer and dryer in the unit instead of having to walk to community laundry. they also waived the application fee and deposit so we'll only have to pay the pro-rated rent when we move in. i'm really excited! so who's free to help us move on saturday july 12th?
