I didn't have a zipper on hand so it's just an over-the-head costume, but I think it turned out to be a pretty darn good minion. I've got enough material left to make a second one, I think I'm going to experiment some more and make the next one into a one-eyed fellow. Partly because I think I should have at least one of each and partly because I only ordered the one set of goggles.
I need to add buttons to the overalls and paint the goggles silver, otherwise it's ready to go up into my etsy store.
It fits all the girls too, so I'm going to call it good for ages 2-8. Judging by my models, it will probably be best for the 3-5 group, but it does work on the outskirts of that so that's how I'm gonna advertise it.

I also think I've figured out how to do a purple minion from the latest movie. The hair was throwing me off, but I've found some purple faux fur with 3.5" pile that I think I could work with.
