Somehow it came up in conversation about Joe having an action figure of himself. OK, OK, the actual quote that got me was "It gives a while new meaning to playing with yourself." (I love this guy!)
Anywho, I consulted the internet and discovered you can make a custom 12" action figure for about $130, with the face based on a photo of your victim ... er ... hero. Since next year he turns the big 3-0 I think this may be the perfect silly splurge gift. Generally wesuck at fun presents. Darn our practical natures!
If i start squirreling away money now i see no reason why I won't have that well before next March. *grin*
