Dear Co-workers and Bosses,
I know I'm good at my job. I'm very efficient and, when I'm not being distracted by the internet, I can get things done very quickly. However. You've decided that my counterpart is needed every morning to input data for the accounting department leaving me to do both of our jobs. While we both have the same job title we do VERY different things. I am not as fast or efficient at doing her job as I am doing mine. Quite frankly, I don't like doing her job, that's why she does it. Not to mention that business is starting to pick up again and it is impossible for one person to complete all the work that's currently coming in.
Please get off my back when I'm trying to juggle MY work with HER work because you are too cheap to hire someone to do some part-time accounting.
