Mage help

My fresh 90 Mage has been through LFR and is pretty decently geared, and I feel like she should be doing a lot more damage than she is now. I am usually a tank these days so caster dps is a strange new beast to me. Could I have any of you expert mages look at me and give tips? You can see my Mage here.
