Last night, I logged into WoW for the first time in 3 years using the Scroll of Resurrection. Last time I played was during the early days of Wrath of the Lich King.
I used to be an excellent pally tank, but when I tried to tank a 5-man, I got yelled at and called all sorts of names by the pissed off healer. I barely recognize this class anymore--half the spells are new, and my formerly hotkeyed Righteous Defense is no longer there. Consecrate doesn't seem as powerful as it used to be. I also can't find that pally tank buff that makes you generate more aggro than everyone.
I used to love tanking because I was good at it, but now it's just stressful. Should I used my Scroll of Resurrection to make a level 80 warlock instead? If I stick with the pally, how can I relearn tanking?
I tried looking up advice on rotations, but it's all for people who are either leveling a prot pally for the first time or are still familiar with all these new pally skills.
Any advice is appreciated, thanks!
