Funny beta stories
I've had a couple hilarious experiences while playing the beta, so I'm curious if anyone else does.
So, one of the characters I copied was my 85 DK. I adore the winged guardian for her, so that's pretty much the only mount I use on her. When I logged out on live, she was hovering on her Winged Guardian in Deepholm, camping for Aeonaxx up at the level of the Stonecore entrance. When I logged in on beta, she didn't have the Winged Guardian. Since it was taking a while to load Deepholm, I was off doing something else. When I switched to Beta, she was on the ground, dead. Cue O.o WTF? face then gales of laughter.
Story number 2: I've been working on my baby monk this morning/afternoon. I was on my way from the leatherworking trainer to the first aid trainer and hit roll and kept rolling and rolling and rolling right into the canal and, since she was at an angle when she went in, I rolled along the wall of the canal until I reached a corner and just kept rolling there until my game finally dumped me to the login screen with the 'you have been disconnected' message box. Jestana was watching me at the time and we were both cracking up laughing.
P.S. the new Ragefire is SO COOL and way more fun than the current version in live.
