I'll admit that I haven't been playing lately, but the game's still been on my mind. Enter me being obsessed with making messenger bags, and having some swanky Druid shirts laying around...with a few matching fabrics, and this is what a night's work gets me. Not for sale, although I do have a few
other bags and crafts on my site.
Thought you guys would enjoy this, at any rate.
I used so many different black/grey blenders on this bag, and a plethora of other fun fabrics. There are even two "orange slots" (two different orange pockets), because as a caster, a piece of gear with two orange slots would be the sweetest thing indeed. There's purple glittery fabric because it's Epic, there's silver sparkle fabric and celestial fabric, the entire strap is covered with a million pawprints. I even used a stitch on the handle so it's got tiny vines embroidered along the top.
There's a main padded laptop/sketchbook pocket, as well as a smaller lined iPad pocket. There are velcro closed pockets, zippered pockets, and even tiny stashy hidden pockets that are almost invisible in the seams. I went all out with pockets on this one.
I used all prewashed fabrics, so the bag is totally machine washable. The interface I used was fusible fleece, which gives it almost a quilted feel. I didn't use a pattern, it's just kinda freehand.
