Raiding warlock needs help

Hi ladies,

I am in a casual/social guild who raids. One of our locks is having some serious problems with his dps. (The mage too, but he didn't ask for help.) I tried looking at our logs to see if I could see anything, but then I don't really understand locks. He has already looked at the lock pages on elitist jerks, the warlock wow forum and noxxic.
