Alright so this is probably a really stupid question but I can't find the answer to this question anywhere really. Well at least one that actually answers the question.
Anyhow for every Frost rotation I see, for AoE people say to use D&D. Well doesn't D&D generate more threat (although I know high damage in general does)? I don't really want to pull aggro off of tank and I actually just ran Mana Tombs with a Pally as tank and another frost DK and she had been using D&D and a few times she pulled aggro off of tank. So basically when is a good time to use it as frost?
Oh and another thing I've read is to only use it while in unholy presence or something like that, I have no idea.
By the way my DK is at 65 right now almost 66 and I don't have Howling Blast yet if that makes a difference.
