The website that faithful_summer linked to is indeed a great resource, and will basically do all the hard work for you, telling you how to reforge, gem and enchant, as well as offering upgrade suggestions for each piece of gear.
I'd also recommend that you check out this page at noxxic.com, which can help you understand the stat priorities, the optimal way to spec, and your spell priority list (or 'rotation', if you prefer) and general gameplay tips if needed.
If you want even more in-depth information (including a bit of theorycrafting/maths), you can check out the Affliction page over at Elitist Jerks.
A quick note regarding Hit: at lower gear levels it may not be possible (or even desirable) to reach the 17% chance (1742 rating) cap indicated; instead, you can aim for different caps depending upon the level of the encounters you'll be facing. You can find a table summarising the specific numbers here. Being a non-Draenei caster, the first row of the table will be applicable to you. As the text above the table says, if you're not going to be raiding (yet), the level 87 cap will suffice. If you wanted to, you could plug this number into Mr. Robot (needs to be given as a percentage, which in this case would be 0.06 (6%)), to make it take this into account when optimising your setup.
Also, just as an immediate suggestion looking at Elenethil in the Armory, try to avoid gear with Spirit on it, as it's not a useful stat for Warlocks, and it comes at the expense of another secondary stat.
