Help!

Alright so I'm looking for a signature type thing that displays your character and their class and level I think. It's not detailed and it's pretty small. I don't think it's any bigger than 100px by 100px and it's in a circle kind of like a button. I've seen them a few times on here and tumblr and I thought I bookmarked the site but apparently I didn't.

If you have any clue as to what it may be I'd really appreciate it. Google wasn't much of any help. :(
