Some Advice Please? Possible LF Guild EU

Hi Ladies.. and lurking Gents.

I have a bit of a problem..I love my guild.. really I do.. but lately it's just been dead.. there are at most about 4 of us on.. and it's the same 4 late at night and during the day it's just me and someone else.

We used to have a full guild chat and there was green text flowing all the time and we'd be raiding

A similar thing happened to us just before 4.2, but thankfully the patch came soon and nothing serious happened, we just had some raidless nights. Now it's looking way better and we only sometimes have problems with not enough people willing to do altruns, but otherwise we've just started on FL hcs and are only 1/7, but at least we started!=)

I'm not 100% sure since although I am an officer, I had a move and some RL issues making me not so updated on the guild matters in the last couple of weeks, but I'm fairly certain we need a shaman healer, we do not have any active shaman mains at the moment, and we sometimes find ourselves short of a main healer. We are an Alliance guild on Bladefist (EU ofc), we have a laidback and friendly yet serious enough approach to raiding. Our main purpose is to have fun but also to down bosses while doing so. We're currently, as I have already mentioned, progressing FL on hc on Wed, Thu and sometimes Mon and Tue, with some altruns on the weekend.
