Need Help with School Project

So, Ladies, I need your help. For my Advanced Technical Writing course, I had to choose a project to do that relates to the field I want to go into when I get out of school. Of course - I don't care what field I go in to, I just want a job, but since I had to pick something, I picked gaming. After talking with my professor, we settled on a mini-guide for newbies as my project. Basically, it's going to be a website that lists common commands, terms, acronyms, and other such information that the average newbie would encounter in game, but not necessarily understand.

Where do you guys come in?

I'd like to know what you guys consider common commands, terms, acronyms, icons, and so forth that you see in World of Warcraft that might stump a newcomer - new to gaming, new to WoW. Don't be afraid to include ones you think might be so common that I already thought of them - it's easy to miss stuff like that, and I'll welcome the reminder.

And yes, I will provide credit to WoW_Ladies on the page when I create it!
