It was on the Cataclysm PTR. Someone had complained that the Maelstrom wasn't epic enough, so they added this flying shark. :)

You know, I was standing there next to Thrall for one of those quests and looked around
and sort of hoped the t-rex-rocket-shark-undead would fly by. Sigh

Ahahaha, that appears in a quest in Uldum where you lay down a projector to distract some weird gnomes. That's one of the projected images that pops up along with a dancing female Erador.

I think you can still see this in Uldum in the quest Disarming Distraction. Pretty hilarious!
