Are you still looking? My hubby and I have been becoming more and more frustrated/disillusioned with our guild. Which is sad, cause we've been there for years, but the people we really enjoyed playing with are mostly gone, and the remants of them either log in rarely, and/or are also ticked at the management. I'm the beartank, so far 12/12 normal modes tanked, and 3/7 in Firelands. Both 10 man, we were a 25 man guild in Wrath but could never scrape up 25 players so far in Cata. Hubby is a S-priest who has been averaging in the realm of 18K on most fights, and in the case of more trash, the sky's the limit :-)

I can give more info, armory links, etc etc, if there is still interest/need on your part.

I'd love the info and links! We have a paladin tank application pending right now, but I won't know until tomorrow if she's actually going to transfer. Conveniently, we just had a warlock drop to casual, so we'd have room for a ranged dps as well. 18k is a little low -- we'd like to see a bar of 20k on single target and higher on multi-target fights. As an example, this is what our shadow priests are doing on multi/singles respectively
