I'm a bit freaked out right now. I went to log into WoW just now and the authenticator window didn't come up like it usually does. I entered my password and instead it took me right to my character selection screen. I tried again, just to see if it was a bug, and nope, it still didn't ask me for an authenticator code. I went to log into Battle.net to see if maybe I could re-attach the authenticator and...was asked for an authenticator code there. So why do I not have to put in a code to log into the game but I do for Battle.net?
Thing is, when I logged in last night to raid, I'm 99% certain I had to put in my authenticator code and I know my husband did, too. I say 99% because I have raging pregnancy brain going on, so my memory for minor things like that are hard for me to remember. xD
So did they change something overnight? Or is it a bug that I should petition a GM over? Should I be worried about the safety of my account?
(Note: I've had my authenticator linked to my account pretty much since authenticators were released.)
EDIT: Sorry, I missed the other post about this issue. :(
