Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy
If you don't engage in any gold selling, trading IRL money for in-game merchandise, if you don't log in regularly, and if you don't use exploits for farming when you do log in, why might your account get closed for abusing the economy?
My account was just closed. It was not hacked, I believe. My e-mail wasn't changed nor was my password reset. I could still log in but I've changed everything just to be safe. I've gone through the account retrieval/hacked/support steps.
While waiting for a response, does anyone have any idea as to why my account was closed?
The only thing I can think that might be a considered dodgy is I played WoW from Panera Bread yesterday. I farmed and I played in a couple of BGs and then made some flasks. I didn't do anything with those items though. There was a lag. I'm just not sure that could be it.
I looked through the tags. I couldn't find anything. I apologize in advance if I read right over it.
Edit: I just received an e-mail stating that the e-mail account I use for WoW had been compromised. I couldn't tell, everything was the same. I'm very sorry to have taken your time up for such a trivial concern.
