Engineering at 525?
I had engineering (450) for my pally in Wrath and enjoyed it a good bit, but then I wound up dumping it since switched mains and also so I could have a dual-gatherer (she's mining/herbing now), which made it a lot easier for me to get mats for my three alchemists.
I'm not switching her back to my main, but I have started using her more, and would eventually like to raid with her (she's holy/prot.) I liked having engineering before because I liked making neat things and pets, though I know it's not really a great money-maker.
On one hand, I have two other herbers (one is almost maxed and the other is maxed, though the other maxed one will be changing servers eventually), so it might seem like the obvious answer would be me to dump herbing on my pally and get engineering if I want it.
My qualms are here, though - the more important one being this: would engineering have enough personal benefits for my class at 525? I'm going to read on it more before I nix herbing, but I'd love to hear your opinions, ladies. My other qualm would be that I'd lose my dual-gatherer, which would just mean I'd have to go on separate herbing/mining trips, but I think I could get over that if engineering would really be beneficial and awesome. XD
