An addon question and a lore question

The addon question

Boyfriend is an alchemist. Transmute: Living Elements is profitable. Boyfriend is godawful at doing the transmute on cooldown, since the cooldown is random.

Would there happen to exist a tiny, lightweight addon that keeps track of a character's various profession cooldowns? Addons like Altoholic need not apply, since he's just got the one character.

Surely somebody, somewhere, has had the same issue and has coded an addon to help with it, but I've been searching and can't find anything. :|

The lore question

So I have this death knight. She was fighting in Icecrown Citadel at the moment the Lich King was defeated, but was not part of the group of elite few who actually did the defeating. (OOC, she's a Kingslayer, but you know.)

Would she be aware of the Bolvar thing, through any sort of residual connection to the Lich King or anything of the sort? She's somewhat high up in the Ashen Verdict, but not nearly so high as to be included into any "alas, poor Bolvar" type conversation.

Whether she knows or not doesn't really make any difference in terms of her plot and her story, I'd just like to know so I know whether dropping a reference to it would be lorefail or not.
