Enhancement Shammy Help

I got my shammy talented last night by some button mashing and the help with a few guides, but does anyone have some guides 4.03/Cata for the beginning enhancement shammy? I've been Ele LIGHTNING BOLT LIGHTNING BOLT since I've started and Resto since I hit 80 but I know next to nothing about enhancement, and I thought that was pretty bad

This is me.

I've not gemmed yet because I have to log off in a hurry, but I'm working on gemming and enchanting today.

I was cautious about finishing my set, but a guildie said I could use my resto weapon in a pinch. My second trinket hasn't dropped so I'm using one of my several caster ones.

I'm expertise capped, but is it true I have to be spell hit capped?

What glyphs should I be using? I'm about to get some off the alt and I wanted to make sure EJ was right? They get rather piddly over math.

What is the priority for reforging? I followed something like:
haste/crit -> reforge haste to hit
haste/hit -> reforge haste to expertise
haste/expertise -> reforge haste to hit
haste/mastery -> reforge haste to expertise or hit

crit/hit -> reforge crit to expertise
crit/expertise -> reforge crit to expertise
crit/mastery -> reforge crit to mastery

expertise/mastery -> reforge mastery to hit
expertise/hit -> leave alone!

Feel free to chime in with whatever. I'm next to clueless here.
