The New Warlock DPS

Hello ladies,

My guild will be resuming regular raids on January 4th, so it's just about time that my raiding warlock gets his shit together.

I want to be able to raid. Unfortunately, right now my warlock's DPS is in the toilet. I really don't understand how it's happening; I was doing more damage (even accounting for raid buffs) at level 80 in 264 gear than I am at 285 in 338 gear. I don't want to repeat the experience of spending 47 minutes in a LFG queue, slogging through two hours of heroic grim batol with a constantly rotating cast of PUGs, only to be kicked on the last boss because my DPS wasn't high enough. If it's not good enough for heroics, it sure as hell won't be good enough for raiding.

I've tried to research this on my own, but what I've found seems to be evenly divided between the obsolete (a warlock cataclysm guide dated october '10) and the nonsensical (Corruption as part of a destro rotation? What??)

Here's my armory. My current rotation is pretty much the same as it was in ICC: curse of agony > immolate > conflag > chaos bolt > incinerate spam, using conflag and chaos bolt as they come off cooldown, now with the added usage of Fel Flames to refresh Immolate when it gets near the end of its timer.

What am I doing wrong?

While we're on the topic, can anyone explain warrior tanking gear to me? I know we don't use defense any more, but I'm confused as to why I cannot find any plate gear with both dodge AND parry on it. I can find some with one or the other, but not both. I'm afraid to try to tank in the higher level dungeons if I'm missing something huge about tank gear. What's going on here?

raiding: tips, warlock: demonology, warrior: protection, warlock: gear
