Agreed with this suggestion. Not for people who are asking technical/how to stuff, but for someone who just wanted to rant about YAFP (Yet Another Fail PUG) just please delete and ask them to go to dear_gnome? Or better yet link to dear_gnome at the head with the master posts announcement.
