I was just going straight cookie-cutter balance but....I kinda wanna do restokin. Whatchu guys think about this build?

EDITZ: Whats all this hubbub about dual-speccing? I'm liking the sound of this and if it happens then PFFFFFFFFT on hybrid.

61/0/0 is what it would be now, full out balance and nothing else.

I think it's pretty useful for endgame and levelling, works well with the new moonkin regen. I think some of the theorycrafters on the forums swear by furor over genesis.
