Onyxia Attunement drive?
OK, let's get another batch of attunements going!
Onyxia attunement is a 16-step quest chain that culminates in a key, the Drakefire Amulet.
- The initial quest is "Dragonkin Menace," from Morgan's Vigil*.
- Then come six travel quests between Lakeshire, Stormwind, and Morgan's Vigil.
- Next, two trips** to Black Rock Depths (5 man instance)
- a scripted event in Stormwind
- a quest in Winterspring
- an optional trip to Lower Blackrock Spire if an UBRS key ("Seal ofd Ascension") is needed (only one raid member will need it). Though you can run BRS as a raid with up to 10 people, the SoA quests need to be done in instance mode. (2 70s can do this easily; some classes might be able to solo.)
- one trip to Upper Blackrock Spire (10 person raid) to finish the Drakefire chain
I know we've done UBRS with 4 or 5, but we will fly with 10 and we can get a bunch of people attuned.
If the Cultist date is Sept 20, let's schedule an UBRS run for everyone planning on getting attuned, then work backwards to get the BRD and LBRS runs going.

* if you are doing this for XP and have not quested in Burning Steppes, swing by Flame Crest and get "Broodling Essence" first - you can complete it at the same time. (Wait to turn it in til later in the chain, when you'll be sent to Flame Crest anyhow.)
** I'm wondering if it's possible to have only half of the group zone out of the instance at a time, get the follow-up from Morgan's Vigil, and then come back in (saving the work of re-clearing for Jailbreak)?
