Good job in Kara this weekend everyone (Sharks and Lasers)!
We're not quite hitting a 1 night clear yet, but we're getting there. Last night we did Nightbane and Netherspite in about an hour, but that was with clearing all of Netherspite's trash again (we never attempted him on Saturday, but we did clear... unfortunately when Prince went down it was already past 9 server/midnight for eastern people like me, so I didn't feel it was really a good idea to still go on to Netherspite after that)
More focus to avoid making silly mistakes (accidental pulling of additional groups, breaking of CC, etc) will help us get there :) I think we are also getting to the point where we only need 2 healers in all of Kara as long as both are sufficiently well-geared, so maybe we can try that sometime. Avoiding AFKs after wipes when we are trying to buff up and get going again will help too (or at least if you buff before you go AFK).
My feeling with healers is 1 well-geared healer/less geared healer works out for all bosses except for Illhoof, Nightbane, and Prince. On those, 1 well-geared healer and 2 lesser geared healers is sufficient, and I think we're getting to the point where 2 well-geared (and specced of course) healers would be enough :) (Well geared being ZA geared, like 1600 +heals, and lesser geared being more like 1200 +heals)
(I do admit though, rather than grumble when people ran into invisible mobs - THREE TIMES in my group lol!!! but attributed to three different people - I laughed, hard :D)

And wowhead just went down so I can't check loots for names or memory anymore, so ^^;;
