Smells, and memories. Do you have a scent that when you smell it, brings up a memory? Do share.
I smelled a sweetpea votive candle and it made me think of the Charminkins toys I had when I was really young.
Songs. Is there a particular song that brings back happy memories? Song title and memory, if you care to share that much.
...not that I can specifically think of at the moment...I do remember exactly where I was in the game Legend of Zelda:The Windwaker when I was listening to a radio program about rock and roll myths.
How about a song that brings up painful memories? Song title and memory, if you care to share that much.
Pretty much the whole Maroon 5 album Songs about Jane. Before things got serious with my boyfriend they weren't very stable and I use to listen to it when I was wandering around by the ocean trying to decide if I should go home or over to my friends place...that's the short version anyways lol. Luckily I got over that because I love that album.
Food. Is there a certain food that conjures up memories
...hmmmm...no...but maybe the yummy cookies I made for last weekends camping trip will make me remember that next time I make them.
Clothing? Do you have an item of clothing or if you see a certain item, does it make you think of a time/place or person?
My boyfriend has a shirt that just makes me happy because it was the first piece of his clothing that I ever wore lol.
Alright how about some normal post. I've totally neglected this blog...but then I've always used it mostly to rant about hockey lol. I got a real blog tool thingy up on my website finally. And my photoblog is up on my photo site. I've been reading a bit lately. I'm almost finished Sabriel. I'll have to go buy the next one soon. Although I might go get The Last Unicorn for my trip in a week and a half. I've gotten through the climax-ish part of Sabriel so my desire to read has died out a bit. It's happened everytime something happens in that book lol. I do like it though. I've got the first two books of the Twilight series too, but that will probably not be started till the fall. or later at this point.
Anyways that's it really. I've got a kitty in my lap so it's hard to type...and it should be bedtime.
