Two weeks ago I started going on walks for a few reasons. I want to get rid of some weight as well as get into shape. Fresh air wouldn't hurt either. I have found a nice route in and around a small forest where I live. There's a small stream and two duck ponds. One small and one really big. It has shade which has been bliss during the sizzling summer heat. Autumn has begun so it's much cooler now though.
Two things amazes me though.
1. I've been at it every day for two weeks (tomorrow).
2. I feel somewhat more energetic.
Oh... and...
3. Two days ago I spent 2 hours looking for sportswear online!
