Second Life Exploring...**The Mother Road**
Well, I did ask for the day off from work Friday, I was in the coughing phase of my bad cold. I slept most of the day, so here it is Friday night, I'm still wide awake, no sign of the sandman as yet.
So, I went exploring from the Showcase in the Search function, choosing an Editor's Pick.
I found a place called **The Mother Road** or as most folks call it, "Route 66", from what I saw of the sim, it was made to recreated a podunk(out in the boonies) town that you might run across when travelling down Route 66 in real life. So, here with pictures and a slurl to follow, you yourself can discover what was created for this town. Also some old time music was playing to further promote the isolation of said town.
Above is most of the area you will see when you arrive, and I am standing in front of the church's fence entrance...

When you first enter, you will be asked to agree with the terms of conduct and then you can explore!
