Tipping Etiquette
I have a very expensive couch, about a year old, on which some decorative stitching has come undone.
The couch was bought from a store I first patronized about ten years ago. Every aspect of their customer service has always been consistently superb.
A quick call to the store elicited a cheerful promise to send someone over to repair the stitching, at no charge. He'll be here in a day or two.
My only question: Do I tip this guy?
