So for those of you that don't know, I am currently study for my Certificate in Personnel Practice. This involves a trip to college one evening a week.
We are currently studying Recruitment and Selection; and this evening we discussed interview questioning and the importance of listening both mentally and physically. This part of the course has been reasonably interesting so far, re-enforcing stuff i picked up during my time in the MOD recruitment office nad giving me best practice pointers too.
the only downside is that I have to have finished by next week - 1) my project proposal, and 2) the majority of my skills assessment paperwork - job description/person specification and job advert for my job and for me to give to someone else in the course so that i can interview them for my job.
