I just came across this on a forum I frequent, and the more I think about it, the less I find that I can argue with it.
FOREIGN AID (n) - The method by which money is taken from poor people in rich countries and given to rich people in poor countries (see: Haiti, Ethiopia, Sudan, Zimbabwe, Uganda, etc.)
