Logic is Dead (Part II)
It's always funny when I see someone else having to come to the realisation that I myself came to quite some time back: namely that logical argumentation is a dead art in these days of truthiness, wharrgarbl and hurpa-derp. The scenario was a "law and order" discussion on Fark, where one of those "zero-tolerance", "hang 'em high" types was just spouting his echo-chamber talking points over and over again in response to every attempt to engage him on a logical level. Finally, one of the "logical arguers" just snapped and posted this particular gem:
"...you're right - lets smash everyone down. zero tolerance! DEATH TO JAYWALKERS! BLOOD! BLOOD AND SKULLS! SKULLS FOR THE SKULL THRONE! BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!
