Okay, so I am going to smell like garlic for about the next millenia, but it was SO WORTH IT. This recipe is so good; it's pretty much foolproof and completely adaptable (I added onions and red peppers tonight), it doesn't have any crazy ingredients (the necessity for about one and a half elephant cloves notwithstanding) or any crazy spices, it tastes AMAZING, and it takes maybe twenty minutes to throw together -- the most time-consuming part is peeling the garlic and making the rice.


I also made more granola. Tonight is yumtastic all around!
