Not entirely. I do believe one should have a respectably clean body and image, but for the purpose of pleasing God before one's self. I can't speak for you in that respect.

I believe that one should have a clean and respectable body, image, mind, and soul because in maintaining such standards one will become happy and God will be pleased by both.
