So I was going to answer that 'state of the love life' meme, but then I realized that my loev of talking unnecessarily would make it long and drawn-out. Sophie is a little ball of attraction issues, most of them stemming from the fact that, solitary and odd as she has been her entire life, she doesn't even really try to befriend people who don't ping her pretty damn hard, and so she ends up attracted to most of them in one way or another. Most of it is more fascination and less sexual, but it's still true.

So.

She loves Terry, but feels like she's constantly floundering with him, and has trouble behind honest about her issues because he just gets emo whenever she brings things up. She's very afraid to get into confrontations because she's dependent on him as a way out of camp. That said, she doesn't really believe that she's going to be able to go back to Gotham, despite the fact that she says she does, is preparing for just that eventuality and even tried very, very hard to convince Tommy to come with them. This is not something she ever intends to let Terry know. There are a lot of reasons she feels insecure, from Terry's obvious attraction to Tim (l-lol) to the fact that it simply isn't as easy for her to talk to him as it is for her to talk to Tommy or Crowley. She's always worried about saying the wrong thing. There are a lot of things that Tommy and/or Crowley know about Sophie that Terry doesn't because either she's afraid to tell him or they simply haven't come up. She loves him, but she doesn't feel secure at all and has no idea what to do about that.

Crowley is not someone that Sophie is sexually attracted to, but she is pretty enthralled with him. He makes her feel safe and protected and cared for, actually does take care of her, and manifestly needs her. That last one is extremely important. He dotes on her and wants her around, made a space for her in his home (huuuge deal to Sophie) and both comforts her unreservedly and accepts comfort from her without protest. He is the first person at camp who has really adopted Sophie instead of the other way around, and also the first actually functional father-figure she's ever had. Given that he's a demon, this is probably saying many not-that-great things, but it's nonetheless true. He's currently the one person at camp who she's comfortable being completely honest with, because h-heh, demon. He has no room to be judgmental about her nature, so there's nothing that requires hiding, and having seen him as an angel and directly after his Fall, her prejudices against demons don't really apply to him.

Tim is so complicated it's not even funny. O Tim. Sophie alternates between seeing Tim as a brother-boy and as a boy-I-might-want-to-snog-boy. Sometimes in the same conversation. And this might possibly be solved by snogging Tim and then attempting to hash things out, but Tim shot down her sideways offer once and she's reluctant to bring it up again quite yet. Sophie and Tim are kinda not!twins with a similar set of issues in a lot of ways, and Sophie finds him fascinating. There's also the part where she feels like he may be starting to trust her a little, which is a pretty huge deal because Tim is one of the only boys who seems actually aware of Sophie's capacities to be a very not-good thing. So she is pretty attracted to him, aware that he's attracted to her boyfriend and kinda flirting with Tommy and vacillates wildly whenever she attempts to figure out if he's attracted to her at all. U suk, Tim ♥

Tommy's actually pretty simple. He's the person who knows the most about her at camp, and the boy she's the most honest with. She trusts him to tell her when she's being an idiot, even if she doesn't always listen, and he's the boy who can talk her out of her funks. She does want him, and occasionally suspects that they might actually be more functional in a relationship than she and Terry currently are, but mostly she just wants him to be around.

Robin is...so weird I'm not sure what the hell is going on in her brain. Sophie didn't like Robin when he first arrived at camp, partially because he went and was nasty at Terry and partially because she felt like he was patronizing her. Sophie utterly loathes being patronized, especially by someone younger, tinier, and more full of bravado than she is. But then stuff happened and he kind of stopped doing that, and she had some really fascinating glimpses into the less Dark Knight-y side of Robin, and eventually realized that his approval meant something to her, which was strange and worthy of notice. Now she really wants to know what makes him tick.

In summary, Sophie needs to think less. Seriously. What the hell, Sophie.
