Let's see. I could give you a run down on the interesting/fun/noteworthy/at-the-very-least-not-boring things that have happened in the recent past. I could give you a run down on everything my immediate future appears to be holding. I could give you a run down of the emotional maelstrom that is my mind. I probably should do all three but that hardly seems worth the effort. Instead, I'll let you re-read this wonderful little poem.

Fire and Ice

Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.
