OMG. Digimon was one of my first tv obsessions, and my very first internet fandom! I was more of a loud Takari fan than a Taiora one, and actually, was kind of an early multishipper when it came to Taiora/Sorato. Its probably why I became such a canon shipper with what I watch now. I like my romance blatant, not hint-hunting.

Also? Myotismon arc was TOTALLY EPIC!

it was my first internet fandom too! and totes shaped a lot of my fandom tastes. I'm at the point now where I do ship both Taichi/Sora & Yamato/Sora, but I think Taichi/Sora will always be first in my heart.

I'm using this torrent, which also happens to be RIDIC FAST. it's wonderful. if you don't do torrents or mkv's (ftr, my computer usually can't handle them, but these are fine which is great!), a lot of the links at digitalrewind (you have to go back a bit) are still active, and their youtube account I believe has all the episodes up.

the Taichi-Koushirou dynamic is hilarious. and so often results in both making ridic faces and wtf'ing a lot. omfg i just want to watch the movie now THINKING ABOUT THEM. honestly I feel I could have an entire iconset just of Taichi's Our War Game expressions. gaaaaahhhhhhhh.

You just have to look at them in Adventure, then they're always exchanging looks in 02 and omg, the second movie!!! It was made for the Taichi/Koushirou fans u///u

Also, I can't believe I'm the only one who never shipped Sora with anyone in Adventure D: I liked Sorato when I saw 02 and when I rewatched Adventure I noticed all the random looks that Yamato gave her (that are hard to notice when you have Taichi next to her xD). Aaaand the Drama CD with the Tap Dancing is my favourite thing on Earth!! (also de Armor Digievolve in the end lol)

I agree with you, the Vamdemon arc is the best, I love it over the others <3

In 02 also, I feel like Koushirou & Taichi were the two who were around the most to support the 2nd generation. awwwww guuuuyyysssss.

haha. I have no idea why I enjoyed Taichi/Sora as much as I did as a wee thing! but it has many elements of ships I enjoy now, mostly bff first. but as I said before, Sora/Yamato and I, we're cool now.

Hahaha, the bff things usually makes me ship a couple, but I always saw interest just in Taichi's side, Sora was so maternal with everybody that it was hard to know if cared for one of them the most, that kinda stoped me :( And, of course, I felt bad for Taichi on the Christmas special, his realization's face killed me .__.

Anyways. That arc is my fav too. I just love how the plot thickened and the parents, omg yyyy. The parents are so much love.

Hikari/Taichi have such a lovely sibling relationship. I love how he's always there for her and how she looks up to him.

I honestly love Sorato more than Taiora. But I OT3 Yamato/Sora/Taichi, though. I think I'm one of the few who doesn't like Taiora in a romantic way. I do love them so so so much as bffs because their close friendship on the show was so perfect. Maybe that's the reason I don't ship them in a romantic way, lol. Also, I'm one of the few who OTPs Michi.

I really need to listen to the CD dramas. Because Yamato confessing his love to Sora while tapdancing... MUST hear this asap. :o

Oh, I normally like that too. (Kataang is ♥♥) But for some reason that is not the case with Taiora for me. Yeah, Miyako/Iori are great as friends but as more? idk about that.

:) I also love Jyou/Sora. Out of the girls I honestly think Sora is the best one for him. He needs someone who is down-to-earth, smart and puts up with his anxieties and Sora is someone who can do that. I ship Mimi with so many, actually, but I don't like Jyoumi though I don't hate it either. I tried to like it, I really do. Especially because I can see why most like it. But there's just something about it that pushes me away from it. I used to love Mimato a lot but now not so much. I still like it but I like Yamato more with either Sora or Hikari because Mimi seems like someone who is needy on an emotional level and Yamato can't give her that sort of attention all the time

but yesssss Jou/Sora. EXACTLY WHY I ENJOY IT. they offset each other so well. it's adorable. my rewatch has made me appreciate Jou/Mimi much more; they have this whole arc at the end that I totally forgot about where Mimi goes off by herself because she's sick of the fighting and Jou volunteers to go with her and they doctor Ogremon together and IT IS SO CUTE. man. <3333 but once again I get not feeling a pairing! it happens

OMG. I watched that like last week in my epic rewatching thing I'm doing. And OMG I love it soooo much. Their parents are hysterical. And Taiora all the way! Sora made me soooo pissed when she chose Yamato. I was like, "What happened to the Taichiness? The hair clip? The hat issues? The everything?" Rawr. That still makes me pissed. Taira and whatever you call Ken/Yolei plus vague TKari.

And OMG YES! Why can't we all be uber best friends with the AVPM people? They=awesome!!!
