... semester newness.
Since the last time I updated, a lot has happened with school. I took a language test that ended up testing me right out of any Spanish class I would ever have to take again and giving me seven free class hours. It's like winning the lottery of Spanish tests, I guess. =)
A also got officially signed up for my 4800 lab and had my (disorienting) orientations. Learning about perfusions and installing canulae is interesting stuff, but also surprisingly gruesome work. One of the undergrads I started with quit last Friday 'cause he couldn't take it. Wimp!
Roleplaying has been running fairly rustily as my new schedule is opposite of my old schedule. However, while it is natural for me, it runs contrary to the days that Charlie has off most of the time and that Ester can find a babysitter for her fabulous child. The weekends have been kinda a big wad of blah. I've been storytelling but without any real gusto. Last night, Ester and I devised an idea for a long-running chronicle which will hopefully provide some of the essentials that roleplaying has been lacking. I am very hopeful for the story.
Other than that, I don't have too much recollection. I know it has been a good few weeks, but a stormy-busy few weeks as well.
