I like "Boat of the Damned": it has an excellent ring. But I'm not sure it would do much in the way of inspiring behaviors. For either inmates or wardens. Perhaps "Boat of the Un-Damned"? "Boat of the Very Near To Being Damned, But Let's Not Be Hasty"?

Oh, I like that. Who needs to be concise? What about Boat of the Once, Yet Soon to be Un-Damned? Or Boat Where There Is No Judging?

There is a bit of judging though. We certainly can't go around all: "Well, he or she murdered his or her warden horribly, but we'll leave them be because we don't like to judge"...

Naming a boat is trickier than I'd have thought.
