[John definitely once used to be a little boy, and once again, he is one. He's a scared, sad, and bruised little boy left wandering the halls of the MS Elegante alone.

The small, frail child has found himself at the buffet and since it seems as good an idea as any, he waits at one of the tables.

Maybe his parents will find him... hopefully they won't

[After the ~eventful~ day before, Torin is hanging around the buffet, having run into quite a few kids there yesterday.

And her patience is rewarded with the appearance of John! She eyes him, taking in the bruises that she can see, before walking over to him.]

[John takes a moment to stare at the girl who greeted him. What is it with these friendly women? In fact, just to be sure, he glances over his shoulder to make sure it was him she greeted. Satisfied that there's no one behind him, he turns back, frowning.]

Did you get kidnapped by the Captain too?

I dunno. [She shrugs.] Captain Purple or something like that, Castiel told me. He takes people from their homes and keeps them here for a while.

[John's frown disappears and his eyes widen a little.] Takes us from home? You mean... I'm not... My parents aren't here?

[He doesn't sound scared or even worried. In fact, he sounds hopeful.]

I don't have parents to be stolen from, but he took me from the priests.

I realize in retrospect that was not the best subject line for a character with neglective parents
