The withdrawal effects have come back, albeit in a reduced form. Nausea and muscle spasms again so I may not be well enough to go out singing tonight, I am getting really fed up with this.

I think this is fallout from the weekend, even though I was horribly lazy compared to normal I think I overdid it.

At the event the withdrawal effects were ok, my mood is starting to drop though.
