Moving day Suuuuunday!

egads. yes, we are moving again.
I've been Not Getting Enough Sleep and it is wearing on me slowly over time. The lack of walls and the monster under the floorboards ended up being more of an issue than I'd hoped.
so we're giving up the pearl and heading out eastside again, just off the freeway and 60th max stop, very convenient for the adventuring I crave, but off the major streets and in a (seemingly) very quiet neighborhood. the new place is a duplex, and the cohabitant is an older gentleman we haven't met yet, since he works all night every night.

that makes me happy.
to beg yet another moving assistance favor seems horribly harsh to me, given the number of times we've moved about since being in Portland. but if anyone, ANYONE can help with even a box or two, you should feel free to drop by. load one or two, say hi, and head out again, I'll still give you a hug.
the real bribery though is this:
1) ARRIVE BEFORE 11 AM AT OLD PLACE - RECEIVE BREAKFAST MUNCHIES
I will be purchasing tasty baked goods from the local shops around the old place, and providing to all until they run out. If we get a LOT of people I will make a 2nd trip to get more food. We are talking Giant Bacon Cheese Biscuits, a meal in themselves. :)
2) ARRIVE IN AFTERNOON TO HELP UNLOAD AT NEW PLACE - RECEIVE PIZZA AND BEER
yes, cliche that it is, pizza and beer will be had by the survivors. we're either going to car pool or pick up the pizza from Stark Street, some of the best I've had in Portland. the beer will be free-flowing as long as my debit card holds out. ;)
Anyone that can help will be appreciated and loved. Invite friends! Make it a party! The more the merrier! and the fewer trips any one individual has to make, I think the happier we'll be. No cleaning necessary for any participants, we're doing that over the following week, so this should hopefully be super quick super easy move.

THE "I'M FORGETFUL AND BRAIN DEAD" EDIT: THIS SUNDAY - Jan 30th, picking up the truck at 8 am, starting to load by 10am thru probably noon or 1pm. Would like to be done at the new place by 3-4pm if possible, but we'll see! ;)
