So I just woke up out of the dead of sleep to a high pitch, terrified SCREAM. Not just a scream, in fact, but 2 banshee screams and more of a guttal "WuuuAAahhhhAaaahhhh

one time my mom sprayed an opossum with the hose and it ran awy and to our surprise she had 3 babies with her and she just left them. so we built a little opossum run in the backyard for them to play in and not run away. we were hoping that mama would come back for them, but sadly she never did. so we gave them to a woman who refers to herself as " the 'possum lady" she cared for them and made the big. the end. p.s. they were really cute.

i once found a baby possum stuck between my screen door and my front door (there's about a 3 foot gap, san francisco is weird that way). anyway, it was a magical moment.
