Did you ever think to yourself that what you are feeling at that moment will just surpass? If it's a bad feeling or a happy one, but non the less you think it will pass. So say it's a negative feeling that has been on your mind. Do you think about how to get rid of the negative feeling in a more realistic way? Or do you think it's easier to brush off the problem/thoughts, and have hope in something you know will always be a negative thought? I feel like I have caught myself over analyzing my thoughts. I probably make no sense, but I feel as I live by some script that I have made for myself with out even knowing I have. In my script all I am aware of is that there is a begining and there is an ending...
