i've had to buy a couple plane tickets recently, and when i have, they've given me free Itunes downloads - 5 songs per ticket. i don't know what i want, so i use the "Recommended Just For You" thing and shop around, using the features that allow you to comment on the recommendations, letting Itunes know if you already own an album or don't like it. apparently, at some point, it recommended David Thomas Broughton's album, the Complete Guide to Insuffiency, which is one of my favorite recent albums, very good, check it out. anyway, above the recommendations, it usually says something like, "You own whatever whatever, we recommend.." and then it suggests its new recommendation. today, under Mr. Broughton's record, itunes recommended me. to me. fucking weird. kinda makes me a little nauseous. but that can be said of almost everything else that happened today.
