BUTTER FACE - n. a person, usually a woman, but can be a man, that has an amazing body, except for her head... could mean a fucked-up grill (mouth) or just an ugly ass face in general, whatever...it is mean...yes... but hey that is life.
ex. Man, your girl is a BUTTER FACE. Everything on her is slamming, but her face!
